Everycard is an AI-powered event management and networking platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage networking events
  • Join events and connect with other attendees
  • Receive AI-powered networking recommendations
  • Send and receive messages between event participants
  • Create and manage professional organizations
  • Participate in date polling for event scheduling
  • Process payments for paid events

AI Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models) to generate networking recommendations, introduction messages, and professional insights.

Important: AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may not be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

3. User Accounts

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Using a strong, unique password

We will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) without permission
  • Create fake events or organizations

Professional Conduct

As a networking platform, we expect professional behavior:

  • Be respectful in all communications
  • Provide accurate professional information
  • Honor your event commitments
  • Respect other users' privacy
  • Report inappropriate behavior

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor.

Payment Models

Events may use one of three payment models:

  1. Creator Pays All: Event creator pays for all attendees
  2. Creator Pays Partial: Creator pays up to a cap, attendees pay the remainder
  3. Attendees Pay: Each attendee pays their own fee

Free Events

Events with 25 or fewer attendees are free to organize (no platform fees apply).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Startedby, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to display and process it within the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS, INSIGHTS, OR MESSAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTEDBY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
